培養液中推薦的青霉素G鈉鹽的工作濃度為100U/ml ，硫酸鏈霉素的工作濃度為0.1mg/ml。即按照100倍稀釋使用即可。
操作說明：
1、從－20℃冰箱里取出青鏈霉素混合液（100×）。
2、室溫放置使其融化。
3、超凈臺內操作，每500毫升培養液里加入5毫升青鏈霉素混合液（100倍稀釋）。
4、混勻后，即可使用。
注意事項：
盡量減少反復凍融的次數，使用時避免對母液的污染。
